No, you don’t. Sign-up for an account and receive 14 days trial period (with Pro features) so you get a chance to evaluate our platform. We also provide you 10 transactions where there are no Jumper transaction service fees – aimed at giving you the ability to test out the user journey.

At the end of your trial or once you have used up your 10 transactions, you can choose to continue using Jumper by entering your card details, or if you use Stripe as the payment method – feel free to use the Pay as you Go plan without entering any card details and pay a 3.5% transaction service fee per transaction.

Yes, most definitely. If at any point you decide Jumper is not the best platform for your business, you can cancel at any time. All we may ask for is a little bit of feedback on why it didn’t work for you :)

For payment methods other than via Stripe, we will accumulate your weekly transactions and charge the transaction service fees on the card on file. Your invoices will be available in the Jumper dashboard for your reference.

No, our fees are in addition to the payment processor fees that you have availed from the payment gateways.

We will remind you as you inch closer to utilising your 10 free transactions, as your checkout journey will be disabled until you subscribe to a plan or provide your credit card details. For Stripe, we will not require card on file and will deduct our transaction service fees at the time of transactions (these will appear as Application fee in your Stripe account)

Unfortunately not, we do not have a manual process for generating invoices and collecting payment.
