After 3 months, we would re-evaluate the global situation and our ability to continue absorbing costs towards the initiative. In case we are not able to continue our support, we would charge either $30/mo or 2% of per sale whichever is higher and you will have the full discretion to cancel your account at any given time.

Being a lean team, we might not be able to support and assist everyone individually. To best help you, we are releasing out a series of online tutorials, videos and partnering with agencies to help you with the onboarding and support requests. Besides this, if you need any help we recommend to email us with all details, as our live chat associates might not be able to immediately address your concerns due to a higher than usual volume of requests.
